Strawberries with Warm Cocoa Sauce
A warm cocoa sauce made in 3 minutes, poured over cold strawberries.

Ingredients
How many servings?
- 300 g strawberry
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts
Method
- Wash and dry the strawberries, halve them and divide between bowls.
- Whisk the milk, cocoa and sugar together in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat for 2–3 minutes, until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is smooth.
- Take off the heat, add the butter and stir until glossy.
- Pour the warm sauce over the strawberries, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and serve at once.
