Ingredients
How many servings?
- 2 egg
- 1¼ cups (250 ml) milk
- 1 cup (200 ml) rice flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 apple
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp walnuts
Method
- Whisk the eggs, milk, rice flour and salt until smooth.
- In a pan greased with half the butter, cook thin crêpes, about 1 minute a side, spreading each ladleful thinly.
